We've housed working crews ourselves and dealt with every problem — teams who need invoices, accountants who need receipts, people who just need a comfortable bed near the job and somewhere to park. Whether it's a construction crew, a film unit or a business team, we built Crewbase because nothing else was built for this.
Contractor accommodation, explained
- What is contractor accommodation?
- Somewhere to stay for people working away from home — construction crews, engineers, installers, film units, business teams. It's booked by the company, priced for weeknights rather than weekends, and invoiced like any other job cost. Holiday lets are built for the opposite.
- Where is your accommodation?
- In Edenderry, Co. Offaly and Blessington, Co. Wicklow — commutable to sites in Dublin, Kildare and along the M4 and N81. If your job is somewhere else, tell us anyway and we'll say honestly whether anything we have is in reach.
- Can a whole crew stay together?
- Yes — book several rooms in the same house, or a whole house for the team. Tell us how many people and we'll put the options together.
- Can we book Monday to Friday only?
- Yes. Weekday stays are 10–25% cheaper, so a crew that goes home at the weekend doesn't pay for nights it doesn't use.
- Do you invoice the company?
- Every stay comes with a proper invoice made out to the business, so it goes straight through accounts — no chasing receipts.
- How quickly can you answer?
