Booking
How do I book a stay?
Search for stays near your job site, pick one that fits, set your dates and team size, then pay. The whole thing takes about 2 minutes.
Can I book for multiple workers?
Yes. When searching, set your team size and we'll only show properties with enough beds. You book the whole property for your crew.
Can I book just weekdays (Monday to Friday)?
Absolutely — that's what we're built for. Set your check-in as Monday and check-out as Friday. Weekday pricing means you don't pay for nights you don't need.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to your bookings page and select the booking you'd like to cancel. Each property has its own cancellation policy, which you can see before you book.
How do I contact my host?
Use the messaging feature on Crewbase. Go to your booking and click "Message host", or find your conversations under Messages in the menu.
Hosting
How do I list my property?
Sign up as a host, then use the host dashboard to add your property. Include photos, pricing, amenities, and a description. Properties are reviewed before going live.
What kind of properties work best?
Properties near industrial areas, construction zones, or business parks. Workers care about bed count, parking, fast WiFi, and laundry facilities — not hot tubs.
How much should I charge?
You set your own pricing. Weekday rates are typically lower than tourist rates but you'll get longer, more consistent bookings. Check comparable properties in your area for guidance.
What if a guest damages my property?
Report any damage through the messaging system within 48 hours of checkout. Include photos. We'll work with you and the guest to resolve it.
Payments & Invoices
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken when you confirm your booking.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, every booking generates a proper invoice with a unique reference number. You can find it in your booking details. Send it straight to you or your accounts team.
When do hosts get paid?
Hosts receive payment after the guest checks in. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
What's the cancellation refund policy?
Refund amounts depend on the host's cancellation policy and how far in advance you cancel. Check the listing for specific terms before booking.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign up" in the top menu. Enter your email and password. If you want to list a property, sign up as a host.
I forgot my password
Click "Log in" then "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset it.
Can I be both a guest and a host?
Your account is set up as either a guest or a host when you sign up. Contact us if you need to change your role or want to do both.
